Our WordPress themes are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress site – not wordpress.com. You can download the WordPress software from WordPress.org
Our themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html). You can modify our products for personal or commercial projects to fit your purposes. You can use our products on as many sites as you like, as they are GPL-licensed. However, it would help if you had a valid and active license key for support and automatic updates.
By signing up on our site as a free or premium user, you get access to our respective forums. Premium users can download the zip file of their purchased product from their account page. By signing up, you agree to receive emails from us that mainly contain major product updates, news, meaningful information on the Zakra theme, and discount coupon codes on various occasions.
If you are having trouble downloading and setting up the theme, contact us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Our themes run on the latest stable version of WordPress and are prepared to run on a clean WordPress installation. We cannot guarantee that themes will work with all third-party components, plugins, or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the product demonstration on our site. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work, as we can not guarantee that all our products will work with all browser combinations.

It’s important to note that we do not provide warranties for the correct functionality of our products, especially if you use third-party software (e.g., any WP plugins) or modify the theme files. Under no circumstances shall ZakraTheme.com be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the usage of this website and Zakra Theme’s WordPress Products. If Zakra Bundle is unsuitable for your purpose or you don’t like it, we’ll happily provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase—no Questions Asked! Please provide your Zakra Bundle purchase order number to request a refund, and we will respond to you.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for renewals and upgrades. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can always do so from Renewals & Billing within your Zakra Theme account page. You can contact our support team if you do not find the cancellation option.
Product Support involves helping you install, configure, tweak, and make small modifications to the Zakra Bundle to suit your needs better.
However, it is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore, we do not offer support for WordPress or any third-party plugins you might choose to use with the theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within the Zakra Bundle.
Product Support is provided via Support Ticket and Chat. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions in one place, which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions. We do not provide any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook, phone calls, Skype, or other means.
We check the support platforms usually every workday (Monday through Friday) and sometimes on weekends. However, please do not expect a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Due to the time difference, instant support may not be possible. We will reply within a few minutes to 24 hours (working days). For the free version of Zakra, we will try our best to get back to you, but we cannot guarantee it.
